Excellent for those on a FODMAP diet. Great taste.
I am so happy with this product and their plain marinara! It’s quite delicious. I didn’t miss the garlic and onion at all. I used it for a number of dishes, including with gluten free pasta and it was great.

Good product
I usually try to find better healthier least processed foods. When I saw this I thought I would try it and I wasn’t disappointed. This spaghetti sauce was very good.

Tasted great, worked well for fructose malabsorption
A Little goes a long way. Our kiddo has a fructose malabsorption so we tried a table spoon of the sauce and warmed it with some water in a pan. It was tasty and we are excited to add this flavor to more foods.

High Quality
This pasta sauce is delicious!! Tastes just like any high quality store bought marinara (if not better). I follow a low FODMAP diet and this sauce does not disappoint…perfect for pasta dishes, stuffed peppers or any Italian dish!

Delish and very happy - just wish it was more affordable!
This is great, I really enjoyed it! So nice to have a low FODMAP option. But I wish it was less expensive!

Consuming some Fody products is Risky and Dangerous; Their Customer Service is Terrible.
For people with sensitive digestive systems, some have very limited product to safely choose from. Fody does provide certain staples, and I think they flavor the food the best they can considering ingredient restrictions many consumers have. The tomato/pasta sauces are ok for taste. I assume that specialty foods are also more difficult, challenging and more expensive to produce for consumption. Fody seems to do the best they can with ingredients they can use. That said, and more importantly, when considering the elevated cost for specialty product, it is incredibly vital for a company to have a strong, efficient and effective Customer Service division. This is one area of two where Fody fails miserably!! The other area is food safety!! Considering their production/packaging - I have had numerous problems with product purchased in-person at grocery stores, and even more so when purchased on-line, mainly through Amazon. Nearly HALF of the products I have purchased, had faulty/defective containers and seals with caps and lids. Glass containers with metal lids leak or are not properly vacuum sealed, making the product incredibly unsafe to consume. Other items such as Taco sauce, also leak. Often the inner foam liner under the cap is defective. None of the issues I’ve come across are the result of shipping or the packaging used in shipping. These are all Fody manufacturing failures. If this was not bad enough, I am often stuck with the bill for purchasing improperly manufactured food items that cannot be eaten. I have tried working with and communicating with Fody customer service, but that too failed on their end. Giving Fody the benefit of the doubt during the holiday season, I waited patiently for a return correspondence from them. After 45+ days with NO RESPONSE, I emailed them again to voice my disappointment. It was then that I was sent a response. I provided product information (with photos) on the defective items I was hoping to be reimbursed for. However, Fody further requested more information including all the correspondence I had with Amazon in attempting to get reimbursement from them. The problem is, because this was not an issue with shipping or shipping packaging, Amazons policies do not allow for the consumer to ask them for reimbursement. To conclude, I find Fody products and their customer service behavior completely unacceptable. They claim they care about all their customers - though my experience with Fody has painted a very different picture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing product from Fody at this time. The end product is not safe to consume due to manufacturing and packaging errors. And, getting reimbursed may be very difficult even when you provide the information they request of you, because they will then request further data.Fody represents false hope. I wish it were not so.

Perfect!
I love this brand. It’s got so many low-fodmap options of things my mom normally can’t eat due to certain dietary restrictions. She really enjoyed this sauce since we normally end up getting flavorless tomato sauce for her.
