The only thing is that, even though it is "adjustable height" It is too short. I use it at the highest setting and it works ok for me but I am a short guy...I love the wheels - they roll about very freely from one side to the other... unlike other casters that I've seen on other devices...It is comfortable and it relieves the lower back pain...But also its center of gravity is a bit questionable... it'll fall forward at the slighest wrong move... and I can see how you may fall very easily. I am just very careful when I use it.Overall I am VERY happy with my purchase.

Seems very cheap but sturdy enough to work for me. I'm 245 lbs, 5'3" with a chronic spine condition. It's comfy but the saddle takes some getting used to. Also the wheels had to be pushed in a lot harder than it seemed at first and they kept falling out. Also the wheels don't roll for me because of my weight.

It clear that they were in a hurry and sent me a sample product. The chair came with only 3 wheels, the up and down pull doesn’t work, and the cushion is not full stapled. The leather is cheap I want my money back ASAP with that ridiculous shipping price.

I love it. Needed it in my kitchen. I'm 77 years old and I was able to put it together from the picture directions and closed with the stool. Do you have to use a hammer to tap lightly on the wheels. It was a good decision to buy it

I loved this saddle chair when I was doing lash extensions! Super comfy and helps with posture so you have less back pain at the end of the day. Also great value for the price!

My butt doesnt fit on this chair so it slides out from under me. I never thought id have to check seat width?

Item arrived with all the chrome chipped. It leaves a mess everywhere and every time you set you foot on the foot rest. Super hard seat, really small. More for a kid than an adult. It feels like is gonna tip over when you roll around. Very cheap construction.

Horrible I text them since I bought this chair and I sent a videos and pictures and they said that I have to upload the videos on YouTube so the can see it . Really !!!!You will waste your money
