If you like happy endings read this book
A death of parents, 3 orphaned girls being shuffled around family, a grandmother who fights to keep them, and misunderstandings come to an impasse in the protagonist's life when she comes to settle the affairs of her "dying" grandma. Her misguided bitterness takes a turn and transforms all the lives around her. This story could have turned into "smaltz", but it was saved by the author's skilled writing.

Lovely Story
I hated for this book to end! Admittedly, the beginning was not conducive to an uplifting feeling. But the following pages more than make the reader want to continue to a perfect ending!

Families have many facets.
Things Remembered is a relaxing read about three sisters and their relationships with each other and the grandmother who raised them. Grandma had a patient way of getting her oldest granddaughter to slowly close the gap between them.

Wish it were longer!
Another Nicholas Sparks love story with both tragedy and love. Well worth the read!

Powerful story
Characters were strong and the interacting between the family seems real. My first book by this author but I look forward to reading more.

Things remembered
Well written, touching book. All about a lost soul finding her way home to love and acceptance. Clean, crisp writing.

Sappy
Really no plot and characters not likable. No surprises and vocabulary fit for a teenager. Not really an adult book. No remarkable settings either.
