Great fit!
After breaking them in (which was not a struggle) the grips fit perfectly for her. She is now practicing her uneven bar routine with ease

Don’t waste your money
This was my daughter’s first pair of grips. She competes Xcel gold. The monofilament (yes, it’s fishing line) that holds the dowel on the leather snapped less in than 3 weeks. Of course this happened 3 days before she goes to a 4 day gymnastics camp. So now she will be starting over breaking in a new pair. Definitely recommend a pair where the dowel is encapsulated in leather. These are not.

Could have been better
Gymnastics but its not that strong was expecting better

Lasted less than 4 months with very light use
My daughter started using these a couple weeks after we bought them in Oct of 2023. By the end of Feb 2024 one of them broke. She is in the Xcel gymnastics program (9 hrs per week), so she hasn’t used them that much. I am quite disappointed, as we had purchased a different pair for our oldest daughter and that pair had lasted well.
