Very Good
I don't typically post reviews, but I felt I should write a review. I purchased these after I started working in a farm community kitchen five days a week that prepares food throughout the day for approximately 100 people. I recently worked in a commercial bakery, but in that position I did not need to do as much fruit and vegetable prep as I am doing in this position. The first week in the kitchen I started to get horrible blisters on my hands. I mentioned this to my manager and she pointed to two pairs of cut-resistent gloves that a "higher up" had donated to the kitchen. I layered both pairs, and my hands started feeling better. I immediately looked on Amazon, and found these Epica gloves. I purchased 3 pairs, and have been layering two pairs daily since they arrived in the mail. To keep them from getting stained and as extra protection on my hands, I also wear the plastic disposable gloves provided in the kitchen on top of the two pairs. I wish they were softer on my skin, but that would probably effect the durability of them. But let me be clear, these gloves aren't irritating, either. Culinary arts is a career change for me--I used to do executive assistance work--but this is working out alright. My hands are very important to me, and they have healed. Wearing all these gloves can be cumbersome--tying an apron, working with certain smaller implements, like peelers, etc., but this is working for me. I like the kind of work I am doing right now, and these gloves work. I believe I purchased the size Large gloves (3 pairs) and I wear X-Large plastic disposable kitchen gloves on top of them, changing the plastic gloves as necessary. In my job, I wash and put away dishes/cookware, I do an extensive amount of fruit and vegetable prep, some cold salads, a little bit of cooking hot food, and a little bit of baking/baking prep. I also arrange the salad bar, assist with putting out the hot bar, help close the kitchen/clean-up. These gloves are really working for me and I am very thankful to have found them.

Epica Cut Resistant Gloves
I finally got a chance to use these gloves. I ordered them "after" I had shredded 23 pounds of cabbage for sauerkraut. I did not realize such a product existed until I was shopping for other kitchen items. I sure wish I had them prior! I use my mandolin to shred cabbage all of the time. There have been a couple of minor accidents using it, because of self infliction, I don't always use the food guard that's provided. There have been times when I've been to the end of the cabbage or carrot, the larger junk that's left gets caught in the blade. Removal of that with these gloves is a snap and gives me piece of mind that I'm not going to lose a piece of my skin! When I first received these gloves, I decided to do something dumb. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS AT HOME! I put them on and took a large butcher knife and drew it across the palm of my hand. Ok, I said I did something dumb, not stupid! I didn't apply hard force when slicing across my palm. Remember these are Cut Resistant, NOT cut proof! BUT, there was not a single mark in the glove where I had cut it with the knife! That gave me a sense of security when using them with my mandolin. When I get going slicing and shredding I go a bit fast and that's where I have run into minor accidents and lose layers of skin.I needed to shred more cabbage today and remembered to put the gloves on. I felt the glove catch 3 times on the blade. I've been cooking and baking non-stop for Christmas so I'm afraid I'm tired and I've gotten careless. The gloves saved my "hide" each time and there's not a sign of damage to the gloves.I also have smaller hands and was concerned about the "one size". They are a little big on me, but not enough to effect my control while wearing them. They stay in place. I'm sure someone with larger hands would say they "fit like a glove"!I look forward to trying these come fishing season to see if I'm able to hold the fish better when filleting them. Plus, I don't need to worry about the knife slipping and cutting me. Well, within reason... I would definitely recommend these, especially if you are using sharp blades of any type.

Works, but grab two sets if you have thick skin
I soaked my feet in warm water for 10 min. I wore the booties pulled snuggly around my feet for 70 min. I could walk in them, but it felt squishy and grossed me out. I felt no burning, tingling, itching, etc. It just felt slimey. After my time was up, I removed the booties and washed my feet. They looked and felt like they did before the treatment. However, over the next 15 min or so I noticed a tight, dry feeling beginning. I soaked my feet daily for 10 or more minutes in warm water. It was day three when the peeling started around my toes. The thinner skinned parts started first and the thickest went last. My peeling lasted three days. I did soak my feet daily while it was peeling. This really helped remove the dead skin without picking at it. I was disappointed that the parts I really needed to peel peeled the least. My big toe pads, heels, and balls of my feet shed a couple of layers, but could have lost way more. But my feet are waaay better than they were. I'll have to order a second treatment in a couple of weeks. I wish this pack came with two sets like most of the others I looked at. My feet are shoved in work boots 90% of the time, and they probably needed a bit more help than what this product was intended for. I might need to take a drimmel to them...
