This stuff works❣️ Originally I purchased for a specific localized problem Outdoors and truly surprised how well it worked, and how far each syringe went.I am in the Tropics with a variety of cockaroach flourishing year round out of doors. (1 up to 6" long, flies typically whacking someone in the process referred to as the B-52. ツ)This purchase was for the case pack (4 syringe X 5 =20 syringe) of product. Each syringe goes a long way with each bait deposit just a dab - so that is a lot of product.I routinely patrol through the yard for slugs (rat lungworm disease carriers here) the huge roaches were really creeping me out, I wanted plenty, something I like to have on hand and not hesitate due to the cost, and a lot of terrain to bait. With rock walls perimeter and in yard the roach population at night was right out of a horror movie. Once I decided I couldn't take it anymore, it could not arrive fast enough.And fast it did arrive days before expected with no damage. Each pack of 4 syringe included plunger, 2 crevice tips and full instructions.I used one syringe the first night around the most prolific groupings, compost bins mainly, leaving little dabs somewhat sheltered in case it rain before consumed. Next night could not find any of the bait. A little unsettling until I recognized I wasn't seeing roaches where I had put the bait either. So put another three syringe around the whole perimeter and some other Rocky areas the next night, basically I saw a roach and put bait nearby, more roaches more baita spread out. And voila! Cockroach swarm curtailed. 😃Also surprising is how easy the delivery is. Pop in a plunger, remove the cap and ready for action. Viscosity is ideal it doesn't run out or is it cakey and hard - incredibly easy to just put a dab or lay a narrow ribbon. And even left over syringes from 2 years ago weren't dried up and work is effectively as when first purchased. This means no wasted product trying to force it out or it runs out or urge to finish the syringe while it's still fluid enough to get through the opening.Pros; minimal packaging is secure yet easily opened with no struggle or cutting tool necessary.The most convenient of any insect bait I have ever used.No worries degrade before used up and virtually no wasted product.Amount of bait put out appropriate for infestation is consumed in 24 hours. Any adverse creature contact is optimally minimized.Does its job in 24 hours, wish the rodent bait worked this well.Very little product necessary making each syringe go a long way.Usable indoors and Outdoors.Con: none I know ofHighly recommend for both proactive and aggressively attack a problem with cockroaches.

My wife and I moved into a condo that had an infestation. I had heard of this stuff ahead of time and the condo was a great deal for the area we live in, so we decided to tackle the problem before moving in. It ended up being a nightmare. At night they crawled out of cabinets, any random crevice, etc. We bombed the apartment with six bombs and found them ALL OVER the walls, in the blinds, on the ceilings (some falling on us), in clusters on the counters, so densely scattered across the carpet that we couldn't take a step without stepping on multiple bugs. We put down the advion after this although I was skeptical because of the amount of bugs. I swear it was like magic. We saw a few small baby ones and some dead stragglers for a few days. We made the mistake of spraying repellent on some we saw running even after we put the advion down, so that was counterproductive to spray repellent and bait. It would have been more effective if we didn't do that. I also sealed up cracks with caulking, steel wool, and heavy tape. After 5 days it's like a whole new place. Five freaking days. The other units attached to ours also have infestations, so we put advion down outside the building perimeter, in the car port and by the trash bins that sit up against our building. Buy this product if you have an infestation. You will not regret it!

This really really works. You tried so many stuff so many sprays so many stickies so many whatever until somebody put me onto this I didn’t believe it was going to work but I was wrong. I like it 100.

This has been by far the best roach bait ever! It has no smell /no mess and kills roaches! I used once and hadn’t seen foraches for over a year or more. I told my neighbor. She used and roaches are GONE! I do a maintenance every year or so just to make sure they never return. This thing is expensive but WORTH every cents. I don’t even get flies or ants anymore
