Just good all around
This is a very good low voltage wire. There's not too much more you can say about it.

Top of the Line Cable for Low Voltage Wiring Projects
This white PVC jacketed 2 wire round cable is what’s needed for connecting LED light strip sections to other light strip sections and the driver transformer. While lighter 20- or 22-gauge cable may work, I’ve always believed in going up at least one standard wire gauge size from the minimum as prudent. It makes it easier to add more lights to the circuit, if necessary, in the future.Armacost Lighting is a respected brand in the LED strip lighting field. I already installed one of their lighting kits and am getting ready to install additional countertop illuminating under-cabinet LED light strips to the bottom of the upper cabinets and floor facing LED light strips to the bottom of the lower cabinets. The Armacost 574180 18AWG cable is just what I need to get this done. The Armacost cable is called ‘Ribbon Flat’ cable in the product description but it’s neither ribbon cable nor is it flat. It’s round, which I am glad about. Round cable is easier to string and hide under cabinets and around appliances. Cable clamps can easily secure the round cable to the bottom of the cabinets. The one-quart sandwich-sized bag that the Armacost cable came in contains 8 meters, 26¼ feet, of 18 AWG wire cable. There are two different colored wires in the cable, one is black and the other is red. These are standard low voltage wire colors and make it easy and safe to wire up the light strips. Red is used for the positive terminal and black is used for the negative. The wires are stranded. For my LED strip light wiring project, I elected to attach the Armacost cable wiring to 2 pin LED connectors. These connectors are made specifically for attaching wires to LED light strips.Armacost 574180 cable is top of the line cable for low voltage wiring projects. You can’t go wrong using it for an LED strip lighting installation.

Premium standard cable
I got exactly what I excepted, round two wire cable. Copper wire with a heat resistant outer sheath. The outer sheath is formed over the two wires making for a narrower cable overall but contrary to the description it is not easy to strip. I can't deduct a star because the wires are well protected so you just need to take care when stripping it off. I used this to wire LED lights in our van. It is strong but flexible cable and easy to get into tight areas and around corners. And since the wire is near the metal body of the van the heat resistant outer sheath won't melt on hot days protecting the copper wires.

Good low voltage wire
Armacost Lighting 574180 18AWG Wall Cable LED lighting Copper Wire is advertised as LED wiring but it's just to stress that this is low voltage DC wire.I needed some (strangely enough) low voltage white wire to extend the wire on some Ring solar panels. This wire is a close match both cosmetically and electronically to the wire I was extending. Thanks to this wire I was able to mount the camera on the dark side of the building while mounting the solar panel far enough away that it could receive sun.The wire has a thick sheath and it is suitable for in-the-wall construction.
