I was having problems with itching body, tried all different brands of soap but never found one that stop itching problems.I Finley found the right soap and cleanse better all your body and face.

I love anything with mango butter in it and anything that has citrus scents - this checked all the boxes for me. The scent is nice and I can smell it immediately upon opening the Kraft bag packaging. It did not leave my skin dry after use. Looking at the ingredients list, everything is good, nothing unnecessary in there. I like using bar soaps because they usually do not require any plastic packaging like body wash does. If everyone used bar soaps or if body wash was packaged in a recyclable paper carton that would make a huge impact on the plastic trash! Soaps/body wash is one of the most used item in the shower so just imagine the amount of trash that gets generated. I am glad this soap is packaged in a Kraft paper bag, and that’s just one less plastic bottle in the landfill. Great soap, great packaging. I am very happy with this soap!

I prefer bar soaps over "body washes," as long as it's a good, quality bar soap. And this soap certainly qualifies for that! It does what it's supposed to do: lathers well, rinses easily and makes your skin feel soft and clean. It has a great scent, as long as you like citrus! The scent is mild, but very refreshing - it does not stay on your skin after rinsing.But what really puts this stuff over the top of many others is the texture itself. More than a "slippery soap" texture when handling it, it has a thick smoothness to it, likely from the clay. To me, it makes the soap feel better - almost more of a luxury soap. (And quite frankly, for the price - 12 bucks as of this review - I don't think I'll be turning this to my everyday soap, but more of a me-time pampering soap.)Overall, great soap that I'd recommend. Comes with interesting packaging (as shown in the pictures) that would also allow it to a good gift!

Fancy bar soaps are supposed to last, but this got soft and washed away pretty fast. So I think it's just ok.

Until now, I never thought about buying soap from Amazon. But after ordering this soap I realized that there are outstanding options available here that aren’t available in any other stores (and I live in a big metropolitan area). I have very sensitive skin and soap typically leaves me itchy and even flaky. So I end up moisturizing with...the very ingredients that are in this soap. That is why I consider this so a cross between soap and a lotion bar. The ingredients reads like a list of all of the things I look for in a moisturizer. All nourishing and all sustainable. The scent is natural and pleasant, not heavily perfumed. And while the price is a bit higher than I would normally pay for a bar of soap, the therapeutic qualities of this bar make it well worth the price. Some people are fine with a bar of basic soap, but I’m assuming that if you’re reading these reviews you’re looking for something more gentle, less drying and (hopefully) environmentally conscious. You can tick off all of those boxes with this soap.

The G-soap fits my ideal conception of what a soap should be. The bar is a good size in the classic shape of a brick. It is 4.92 ounces in weight according to the package. It is tan in color. Its ingredients list has Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Shea Butter as its first three on the list. There is also clay for gentle exfoliation. It is worth noting that there is no Palm Oil. It is hard to find a soap without Palm Oil.The G-Soap is the right size for me to grip in the shower. The soap lathered well and cleaned without drying. What more could anyone want in a soap?

love this soap! i look to see if soaps have palm oil and if they do, whether or not it’s sustainably harvested. this doesn’t use palm oil at all and it comes in a paper bag package. it says you can use it on your face but i haven’t used it on my face yet because soap bars tend to dry my face out. as a body soap tho? very good! it doesn’t get too soft and it doesn’t have an overwhelming scent either. i’ll probably get more of this when i finally run out of soap bars because i like it that much. recommend trying if you’re into bar soaps instead of liquid soap in the shower. it leaves me feeling clean and it rinses off well and doesn’t leave me dry. 👍

This is a very nice bar of soap, very luxurious if you ask me. This soap smells amazing, the smell alone is worth the price for me.The soap itself does lather well and rinses completely off easily leaving my skin feeling hydrated rather than dried out ( like some soaps do )I love that this soap is made in the USA ( in New York City ) and no plastics are used in packaging.Overall a very pleasant bar of soap that I can definitely recommend.
