Absolutely, The best
This grinding wheel is by far better than the delta, ryobi, and craftsman brand grinding wheels. I’m running a delta grinder. The grinding wheel doesn’t shell out and easy to shape. Great durability.

I got wrong one.
Seems to work good. It's just a little softer than what I need.

took two tries to get a good one
the first one I ordered came barely packaged, arrived with a big chip out of the rim. The second one, slightly better packaged, came with only a small chip. I needed it, I mounted it. It did not run true (grinder shaft runs true) and needed dressing to run well. It's a cheap wheel, I got what I paid for.

Made my grinder wobble.
Perhaps I bought a bad wheel but it had to be removed shortly as it got worse and worse quickly.

Average
It was not really round, but a little work on trueing it up and it will work.

Cuts great, but mine was chipped
This wheel cuts great, I use it for hollow grinding chisels. It cuts so much cooler than silicon carbide wheels so the chisel doesn't get overheated and lose hardness. It makes a world of difference. But my wheel came with a big chip in the edge. It comes in a good box so it should not have happened.

too much wobble
I use my grinder at low speed (around 2700 rpm) to sharpen wood turning tools. This wheel was out of balance in both directions. While I could true it up radially, I could not get rid of the side-to-side wobble.I went to CBN wheels and am now vibration-free.

Works as expected
So far so good. Fit my grinder well, was easy to replace. I also have a jig that I’ve had for many years but not setup, so set that up and sharpened about a dozen chisels… some duller than a bread knife. Worked really well… the grit level is appropriate for my needs and didn’t need a lot of fine tuning afterwards. As mentioned.. sharpened about a dozen chisels and also some hand planer blades and the stone is still pretty flat and usable.

Decent quality wheel
The edges were chipped and the grinder now vibrates far more that it did. There are no instructions. I did find instructions on-line for a similar product from Jet and followed them. I had to rotate the stone many times by a few degrees on the arbor and re-tighten to get the runout to reasonable levels. It does grind very well and I was able to sharpen chisels without burning them. It does make a mess on the surface below but I expect this is because it is friable. I don't have a more expensive stone like the one from Norton stone to compare it with so perhaps these are not really unexpected problems. Bottom line: good value for sharpening tools without burning them (you will still need to dip the tool in water after a few seconds at 3600 rpm to cool it), did not self destruct at 3600 RPM (no speed rating given on wheel so I was nervous) and you will need to spend an hour or so carefully adjusting it to get everything balanced. You had might as well get a felt wheel for the other side of the grinder and an external tool rest to make a first class grinding station.
