The supplement definitely makes a big difference in the consistency of keeping my sugar level. I have been carefully monitoring my sugar the entire time I have been taking the supplement and it is has improved tremendously and stayed mostly in normal ranges. This supplement works for me, and I'm surprised how well. I will continue to purchase this supplement. When I went to the doctor several days ago, I had improved A1C too. I am not positive if this is from this supplement, but it did decrease from 7.8 to 6.9. I will continue to monitor this aspect of my health with every doctor's visit.
