Delicious
This is really good quality and has a delicious, mild taste. It is great for anyone on a gluten free diet.I make banana pancakes with them:- 1 Cup Buckwheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp sugar Good pinch of salt 1 egg 1 1/4 Buttermilk or thin plain yogurt 1 Sliced bananaMix flour and all dry ingredients, add the egg and yogurt and beat well. Leave for ten minutes then fry in a little oil/butter for 3-4 mins adding sliced banana then flip over and cook the other side until it seems cakey. These freeze well

Superb gluten free flour
I love this flour. I can bake a great bread that doesn't taste as gluten free. It is a bit pricey but definitely is a great stuff.

Very natural produce
I have a wheat and dairy intolerance, and many more, so was pleased to find a buckwheat flour that was guaranteed to not be contaminated with any allergens. I use it to make flatbreads, cakes and a thickener for stews etc. Arrived in good time and good value for money.

Excellent
Made French savoury “Galettes” with this flour for Shrove Tuesday. I usually buy Treblec flour (from France) but opted for this one as I couldn’t get hold of my usual flour. The taste was great, my galettes were an absolute success. Expensive flour BUT well worth it.

Superfine grade of flour
This flour is of great quality but unfortunately for me made me very sick when used (i am ultra sensitive) although labelled gluten free there must be some contamination somewhere. Disappointed.
