Absolutely Wonderful
I bought this book on the recommendation of my brother.I found the book very informative and easy to read, but most importantly I have tried the excercises and postures and I'm finding them to be most beneficial to my health and well being. What's also amazing is that there are Chi Kung excersises that can be done by people too ill to stand or sit for long periods.The instructions are very clear and enable one to learn Chi Kung in their own time and space without having to attend classes. I highly recommend this book and that people have faith in wisdom and knowledge known by Chinese people for many centuries.Thankyou Mr Lam for sharing your knowledge and Wisdom.

As a novice in the world of oriental enlightenment, I found this book stimulating & full of practical techniques which actually work. I wanted to keep this book a secret, but it is so good, I thought, well, let's enter the spirit of the book & share the wonder of Chi Kung!
