Good heat output. Need instructions to master controls.

This is a beautiful heater that is incredibly frustrating to use.Programming is SO complex and if you have a power cut, all the programming is lost.I wish I had bought a different heater - I'm sure the Smart version of this is great, but this heater makes me feel like I am programming an old VCR with no instructions or remote...

Finally found a you tube video which explains how to use the controller. Its a different make but the same heater, it is Wärme Designer Heater User Guide TutorialIt looks good and it heats a room well but I tend not to use it unless I have a lot of time to work out the controls. The instructions do not help at all. It is sturdy and well made.

Overall this heating packs a punch. Reliable and good heating source. Do remember that convection heats the air so it works pretty fast.

This heater puts out a lot of heat and heats up fast, however the controls are not particularly intuitive and the instruction booklet isn't much help, but it's ok once you figure it out. It is also listed as having a UK adaptor fitted - mine didn't, so I had to buy one before I could use it.

I originally bought one back in September of 2021. The heater was easy to mount on the wall, but the controls were a bit difficult to get to grips with. Eventually I cracked it, and was quite happy with the output of heat. However, that heater just stopped producing heat one cold January day. I was able to return it with ease, and a replacement was issued.The second heater has been running fine, although I don't think I'll ever fully understand the instructions for the controls.However, over the last bout of could weather, the heater has developed the same issue. No heat! The control panel is working fine, but just not producing any heat at all. I do understand that this second heater is now 2 and a half years old, but I would expect to last longer than that?I doubt I can return it as faulty now, and it really isn't worth the money to have it repaired by and electrician, so I'm just going to have to replace it, but with a totally different make. As I say, it did work for about 2 years (winters only, may I add), so it's not completely rubbish!Maybe I've just been unlucky, but I wouldn't recommend this heater to others.

We put this heater at the bottom of our stairs in the entrance hall. It heats up really quickly and heats all downstairs a well us upstairs nicely. Plenty powerful enough much better than I expected. Controls once I worked them out are dead easy to use we just leave it set so that all we have to do is turn the bet up and down according to what we want daily. Easy to install. I will definitely be buying more to go in the bedrooms.

This heater is the single most expensive and un-energy efficient product that I have ever come across.. also the automatic child lock is very irritating, because you have to disengage it EVERY time that you want to use the devices touch screen style controls.. only positive feedback that I can offer is that it looks modern and very nice aesthetically.Had to return this asap and finally have received my full refund.Reminder - DO NOT BUY OR YOU WILL BE PAYING OVER £20 PER DAY ON YOUR ELECTRICITY BILLS..

E' arrivato dopo una settimana, ma quando l'abbiamo tirato fuori, la spina era rotta. Piuttosto che mandarlo indietro, abbiamo cambiato la spina.Funziona bene, scalda tanto in poco tempo, e anche se non c'è il telecomando è facile da usare con il touch screen.Bisogna vedere se è veramente a basso consumo, ma per adesso sembra funzionare. Peccato per la spina.

Die Ware war zwar gut verpackt, dennoch war innen das Heizelement aus der schlecht konstruierten Halterung herausgefallen. Positiv: das Gehäuse ist verschraubt – so konnte ich den Fehler selbst beheben.Die beigefügten Halterungen sind ausreichend dimensioniert. Die mitgelieferten Dübel und Schrauben jedoch minderwertig. Die Aufhängung ist etwas fummelig.Leider ist die Bedienungsanleitung nicht sehr informativ und die Bedienung nicht unbedingt selbsterklärend.Wenn man in der Bedienung nicht weiterkommt: Stecker ziehen und neu anfangen. Da wäre eine einfache Fernbedienung hilfreich, die es bei diesem Gerät jedoch auch nicht als Zubehör gibt.

Diese Elektro Heizung unterscheidet sich von den anderen. Sie kann überall aufgestellt werden,Ihre Temperatur ist Manuell einstellbar.Dann kann ich den Tag und Nachtmodus einstellen und die gewünschte Temperatur dazu. Sie heißt sehr schnell hoch und es dauert nur ein paar Minuten das der zu beheizten Raum warm ist.

Macht was sie Soll

Sieht super aus nur leider in der Bedienung zu umständlich. Würde das Gerät aus diesem Grunde nicht mehr kaufen .
