This is excellent for my response to lectins that affect everyone, some friendly, and many to most are not.The Blood Type A O B AB, Secretor Non-secretor are indicators.In addition, I did the genotype kit to further identify my favorable and unfavorable responses to food selections and food additives.It is part of a balanced diet, for me.I have it 7-days a week, along with the Membrosia Fluidizer.It furnishes the blend I need for Omega’s especially because I seldom or practically never have fish available where I reside.I can’t tell you about the product alone.These two companion products go a long way to optimize my health.This is literally my “breakfast”.My main meal is mid-day.

Before breakfast each morning, I take 2 teaspoons of this in a 12-oz glass of water. I've been taking this daily for over a year now, and it has boosted my immunity, helped me get more greens in each day, and makes me feel very healthy from the start of each day. It contains all kinds of amazing fruits & vegetables to fill in vitamins, antioxidants, & nutrients that your regular daily diet might be missing. it has a sweet taste, and when u mix it with water, just after a glass of it, u will feel really refreshed
