Ordered for my 11yo for Christmas months ahead. As soon as it was opened, one if the green curve pieces just fell inside the light. There's no access to open it up. It was outside the return window so contacted the company. They refused to help with a replacement or refund.

I was going to get it for my brothers desk, and then when it arrived it was broken, the screws that hold the Master Chief up had snapped with the plastic.

I bought this after seeing a similar one that a friend had. I was amazed at how lightweight it is! It is also very vibrant. For the price point, I was very satisfied and plan on purchasing another one to gift to a friend.
