Works great. Helped take off the surface rust off with ease. It did cause some slight scratching on the flat parts of barbell (which they do mention on the site), however, nothing majorly. Works great to clean the knurling. Will most likely get the nylon brush as well

I received this as a gift. It's made my barbell maintenance much easier and faster. Chalk comes off way faster than it did with the $5 steel brushes I used before.Another big plus though is this saves your knuckles! I have an aggressively knurled barbell, and more than a couple times I scraped my knuckles enough to bleed. The way this brush is designed makes that a thing of the past.I have the stainless steel version of this, but may end up getting the nylon version for my chrome bars.The only negative I have for this product is the price. I do think it would sell a lot better at $20 - $25, but I'm still grateful I got mine as a gift.I am surprised that a product like this didn't exist until now though, so I gotta give credit to the creators there. My bare steel bar will be in great shape for life now.

If you've ever cleaned a barbell with a straight brush, you know how tough it is. This one makes daily maintenance very easy and will prolong your knurling and keep it nice and clean. Everyone should get one!
