This is very poor-quality product. Very small and burn time is less than 30mins, regret my decision to select this product. Never again to buy this product. this is nonrefundable product, and you will just 5 days (why only 5 days not 30 days similar to other product) to report any issue or else you will lose your money, amazon is not ready to help on this. This is gonna happen for sure since it is not expected everyone to check the burn time before Diwali, so this is preplanned fraud from seller. Amazon to share what action they have taken on this seller and refund people money if they want to hold their customer. Amazon to have a section on their website to show the list of blocked, restricted, legal action taken seller for more transparent business.

Half of them don't have vig to burn and most of them don't even last 10 mins

It burns a long time

I ordered this product, but received another cheaper quality candles, not this brand. The ones I received don't burn even for 1.5 hours, let alone the 4 hours claimed.I don't know why I was sent other brand of candles when i ordered this specific one. It seems the sellers are not up to the mark, though they take the orders for one product but send other products. Not all, but several sub standard sellers seem to have been associated with Amazon of late. The same thing happened with another item I ordered some months ago.Very disappointing for a customer to spend so much time choosing a product and then receiving totally different brand, different item even. I think Amazon needs to pull up it's socks. They were better earlier, now they are harbouring several low grade sellers, who don't live up to the expectation they are supposed to. Maybe Amazon needs to sift through such bad sellers and only keep better ones.All in all bad experience. Since I ordered it very close to the festival, there wasn't enough time to return it and order again. Though there is no guarantee that I would have received the correct brand the second time.

I bought it in the name of Amazon. The quality is good for it’s price. Can’t say exactly about the burn time but maybe 2 hours or long.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased it by seeing the good rating here on Amazon.But this product is not worth to purchase. It doesn't even light for 1 full hour. All the candles are not even full burnt. They automatically got off in between. Highly recommend not to buy it.

I didn't give the product 5 stars because it really doesn't last for 4 hours. I timed about 5 of them and they did last a good 3 hours and sometimes a tad more. The wick is very delicate and should be handled with care. It does take a very gentle puff of breath to put them out so that's ok. I have had to reposition a couple of the wicks because they fell into the melted wax but that was easily fixed with a little tooth pick. :) I use these for my tea warmer and they do work well for that purpose. That being said they might last 4 hours if you burned them straight but because I "puff-breath" them out every so often they don't. All in all, though I would buy them again. They are scent free, also.

These Hyoola tealight candles are a great value for the price, and the entire box has lasted me more than a year. I burn a lot of tealight candles during the Christmas holiday into the new year, and then occasionally during the rest of the year, and I still have some left from last year's purchase. I just ordered another box and will feel free to use them often since they are such a great value! The candles have no annoying scent and burn clean and steady.
