After a few days of using these headphones, i started experiencing a whole host of issues. The sound cuts in and out while playing music or being on the phone...on top of that, the mic doesnt work. Only thing that does work is the volume control but this functionality is pretty much useless considering the sound does not consistently stay on...Unfortunately I threw away the packaging after a promising first 2 days of use, looking back that was clearly pre-mature and now i am out of $30

I had these for two months & the right ear sound has stopped playing. Periodically I would have to move the cord when it would stop and it would begin to play again. Doing a desk job this was great, the sound was good, kept external noise out and the comfort in my ear was ok... two weeks ago, they have stopped working...move the cord and nothing happens. The use of these earphones could not have been any gentler, there was no sudden movements or jolting action. I paid a little more for these at the time I bought them as I thought they would be made better, I read the reviews and now that it's 2 months later, I do not have the box and they cannot be returned. If you are considering purchasing them, I would not pay more than $20 for them as I could have got some from the store that would have lasted just as long. I notice that what these are selling on Amazon today is half the price that I purchased them from Amazon in Sept.

I can't figure out how to wear these, and they don't come with instructions. Even with the smallest rubber tip, they don't go into my ear canal. I'm not sure they're supposed to? They just seem to lie in the "bowl" of my ear and point towards my ear canal. Weird. They sound okay, but I don't think they are "premium" sound quality. I certainly don't think they're worth the $29.99 I paid for them. Some of the cheap earbuds I have sound better. Also the "remote" control doesn't work. I have an iPhone 6s so I'm using them with an Apple product. I can pause music with the remote button, but the up and down volume buttons do nothing. Definitely not worth $29.99. I'll keep them, but I would not buy them again.

This is too bad, was really hoping these would work as advertised, but no luck with my Samsung S4 cell phone. Only function that works is the play/pause function, no go on the tracks select or volume control. Pressing down on either end of the + or - buttons just starts Samsung voice search function, nothing else. There is no slider control as advertised. Have not tried receiving a call yet, but have contacted manuf. about this status, don't think these are for this Android phone as advertised. They are good looking and the case is sweet, but not much good for controlling music. Will update what they say, still waiting for a response.Update: Company acted very professionally, they tried their earphones with a Sam S4 and no go, so refund was sent immediately. Can't ask for more than that, and it says a lot about the company. Bottom line, if you have an "older" cell or player, contact Avido for advise.

I just got these earphones and I love them! When I first opened the package and saw the box that they came in I very hopeful about the quality of them. The packaging is superior and matches the quality of the earphones. They are compatible with all of my Apple products although I mostly use them with my smart phone when out walking. The earbuds have a great fit with good sound quality. The also come with two other size earphone tips which is even better since my granddaughter likes to use them with her ipod and needs the smaller ones. I have to say though that my favorite part is the case that they come with to store them in. It is nice and compact and conveniently zips right up easily just throw it in my purse. It even has a tiny little net pocket inside to keep the extra tips in. So much better than having them loose and all tangled up in the bottom of my purse. I would definitely recommend these to anyone!

Awful. I listened to multiple genres, switched the earbud pads, adjusted my music player's equalizer, all that. I so wanted these to be as great as promised. Here's what I got. Low bass output, when volume us turned up, lows, mids and highs all sound far away and distorted. Static like noise when adjusting the earphone jack. The wire is very flimsy. I can't believe these retail for over $65.00. I paid $29.95 for them on sale and cannot wait to return them. My $16.00 Skull Candy ear buds are much better. If the seller requires I pay return shipping, I won't order from them again. These DEFINITELY do not live up to the advertised expectations. Worst ear buds I've ever paid more than $10.00 for. If I could've rated 0 stars I certainly would have. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Purchased and was working fairly fine. Decent audio quality but after ~2 months of moderate use the right headphone went out. Cheap quality, avoid if possible.

I purchased these about a month ago. I use them about once a week at the gym, and when I am done I put them back in the case and put the case in my bag and only handle the bag once a week. I am not a big bass fan, so my bass is not high. Last night when I was using them a song by Shinedown came on (has deep bass in it) and during the deep bass music my headphones would crackle. I adjusted the cords, made sure I had good connection but that song still had crackles. I skipped the bass for the evening and will have to purchase new headphones... yet again :(
