My daughter was very pleased with this gift. She thought it was beautiful and loves the elastic handle on the back for holding it. It fit her e-reader perfectly.

Binding broke relatively quickly
The product works just fine for what is needed. I will say that the binding got a hole in it from opening and closing relatively quickly (within a few months of purchase). It certainly doesn't stop me from using it but if you're concerned with aesthetics it may bother you more.

Great case
The Kobo fits snuggly into this case and when closed will go directly into sleep mode. I work in a veterinary clinic so I'm constantly cleaning hair off the inside but it's more a hazard of my job than a product flaw.

not exactly fitting
This is a beautiful case for sure, but the kobo looks a bit askew as it doesn't fit exactly. Not that the kobo might fall, it is just the look of it that is a bit weird. Also, it is very thick and for me anyway not so friendly to hold. Last, it came with one edge a bit worn, not a big deal but still. I bought another brand and I'm really pleased now. This cover stays in the drawer.

It's A Beaut
When pretty meets functionality, I am so happy. It feels protected but isn't heavy or bulky. The cover stays closed even when jostled in my purse. I don't find the sleep mode gets activated by the cover closing but that's not a big deal for me. Very nice leatherlike feel and vibrant colours.

Solid Cover
This was the perfect cover for my granddaughter’s kobo. Very well constructed and seems quite durable.

Kobo Clara HD
I previously bought a cover for my Kobo Clara HD but found it to flimsy so I tried this on and love it. It is sturdy firmer and has a band to keep the lid closed. Also the ebook is in a protected case. A very good buy.

Useless. If I could give it a 0 rating I would. CANNOT ACCESS POWER BUTTON ON THIS UNIT
I liked the galaxy design on this cover, but that was all I liked. There is no way to use this with my Kobo Clara, even though the product description said it was for that eReader. THERE IS NO WAY TO ACCESS THE POWER BUTTON UNLESS YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE CASE. The product description did not show the back of the eReader cover so that the consumer could see that there is no access available. Nor does the product description TELL you that you can't access the power button. So to turn it off or on, you have to remove the eReader from the case which fits snugly. Very poor design, useless.

Good value
Not as slim fitting as the Kobo case but this one is much easier to hold. Two straps, one to hold case open and the other to hold it easily in your hand. You don't need to open the case to charge.
