Um hopefully I can return and get a new one. Tested it out with hot water to see if it worked because it is a gift.

Poor Shipping
This mug is shipped in the box it comes with so there's not much protection. The shipping label is placed onto the mug's box which looks very tacky if given as a gift.The mug itself is great.
