Definitely helped with my back pain when I was pregnant, simple and easy to put on but came with instructions in case you need it lol but would recommend😊

This belt is way better than the previous one I purchased. Supports my back and under my belly. The adjustable straps never stay put though so that's my only downfall unless I make them uncomfortably tight. I'm carrying a 7 - 8 lb baby at 36 weeks so if you need real support I suggest this belt.

Helped when my ligaments started to soften around 4 months pregnant and noticed it was hard to stand up straight at work.Wear on and off definitely a life savor.Suspenders get lose frequently which is kinda annoying but it's helpful.

Sometimes I think this brace helps with pain and pressure on growing belly sometimes not. I wear it when I’m going walking for a long ways or more vigorous work out. The belly band needs to be wider because the back brace part of it needs Velcro to attach and it often doesn’t line up and I have to fold it. I’ve had it snag several shirts.Washed a few times and seems to be less effective - belt rolls shrinks - with each wash

The straps are painful but my physical therapist told me to stop wearing them immediately because it would cause problems with my shoulders down the road. I still love it for helping me support my pregnancy belly.

Bought this because my other belly band wasn’t cutting it. Pregnant with twins so thought I needed a little extra support and liked the idea of the straps to hold up my belly. Every time I put this on my back starts hurting more a few minutes later

The confort for this is so good, I love it 😻 only need to se you’re right sizes and it’s gonna be incredible for you back and u for the last month is gonna be a helpful thing. The material is good to. Looks like the photo.
