This mug is BIG. It is just right for the IT staff member in your life, or the IT Crowd fan. I love the quote on the mug, and my husband does too which is why I bought this for him. I like this mug a lot. It has a large handle and a little larger than normal capacity. The paint job is nice.

Very good size, fits the largest size my kuerig will make no problem. After over 2 years the lettering has not peeled or faded one bit. In fact, it looks brand new, and we use it all the time.

This mug is awesome. High quality, seems to be durable (I've dropped it 3-4 times from varying heights of 1 foot to 3 feet, and it hasn't broken), and always gets a laugh. The perfect mug for working at an IT Help Desk. When someone walks up, before they even say a word, I lift the mug, and they read. Some actually catch the reference from the show, others still think it's hilarious. The mug itself holds the right amount of coffee as well. Not too small, and not too big.
