I used it for cooking different types of pasta and it goes well with any variety.

I am Italian and in my life I have eaten pasta by the ton. Well I can say this pasta is decent. The taste is not bad, but it does not resist cooking. That is to say you have to be careful not to keep it too much in the water otherwise it will overcook. In Italy overcooked pasta is considered an error, an offense to the pasta and to the guest. However, apart from the quality of the durum wheat used, Italian pastas are pre-heated or pre-cooked and processed in a particular way to ensure that they do not overcook. So this pasta requires special attention in the cooking phase. Therefore, considering the favorable price, my experience is positive and I give four stars. The imported pasta now costs at least 120/130 Rupees for 500 grams which is too much! Thank you.

I have been buying this pasta for several years now. It's just the perfect thickness and can be enjoyed al dente or even cooked slightly softer. Just tossed in garlic infused olive oil with fresh basil and freshly grated parmigiano or pecorino cheese makes a simple and satisfying meal when you are pressed for time.

Pasta is good..though takes some time to cook.

If u lov thin noodles then don’t buy this it is thick but on a healthy side ,i made it with red sauce n lots of veggies
