They seem to be well made, I have not had these long enough to weigh in on the longevity of the product, but that said, they work well and seem to be as strong as others on the market with a much better price.

These are sturdy bags
I mostly use these for Sous Vide. I also use them for storing open packages, like rice or hotdogs. I tried using it to display foreign coins for my sons class, but the texture is too disruptive. With my hand pump vacuum it took a few pumps to open the valve, then it's among the easiest to pump out that I've tried, and it holds the vacuum better than any other I've used.

Can Be Reused But Not Always
These work well with the Nesco hand-held vacuum as long as you make sure they are completely sealed using the Ziploc-like closure. Interestingly, these bags say that you should handwash them only, yet the Nesco hand-held vacuum says that they are dishwasher-safe. Regardless, I handwash mine -- it seems like too much of a waste to use once and toss. They aren't always the easiest to clean, though, and I don't expect to use them more than a few times apiece. Already I've had one bag get stained by messy food, and I don't feel confident that it's fully clean.These bags (and the system) are great for prolonging the life of deli meats, cheeses, and leftovers as long as they aren't too messy. The system is much more convenient than using a full-size FoodSaver for those kind of foods. love these bags.
I love my Nesco Vacuum Sealer and storage bags. I can fit 4 servings of meat in each bag, take out what I need and reseal the bag. The bags can be reused which makes it a good buy.

2nd batch do not maintain their seal
The wife and I really like the unit and the bags. Small enough to take along on the RV and really makes it convenient to seal all different types of items.UPDATEDReordered and the second batch consistently lose their seal. Way too pricey for what is a plastic baggy. Didn't discover until the past week. So not returnable, sigh.

Great storage medium. Love them, reusable and they go from freezer to microwave or boil in bag. Love this product.
