No sound from one side.
I received the headset on Tuesday and charged it up. Saturday I had the first chance to use them. They paired easily to my phone but when I went to play them there was no sound from the left side, the right side (with the buttons) played fine. I checked the phone by playing through another bluetooth player and the sound came out of both speakers. I liked the look and fit and will be returning for another set. Hopefully the next set will work. Disappointed

Inexpensive, however you get what you pay for
I got this in the mail 2 days ago, a day earlier than projected. It was a tad difficult to set up, which is partly user error. I wasn't aware that it needed to be charged before trying to pair it with my phone. Then after charging it, I was impatient and thought it wasn't connecting to my phone--however it takes a hot minute to connect the first time. Once connected, I've tried listening to music, talking on the phone, and listening to music while running. It works great for all 3! While running, it doesn't move around in your ear or feel like it's going to fall out. On the phone, the sound is great (and adjustable). I could hear the person I was talking to and vice versa. My husband said that I sounded farther away that normal, but closer than when we talk on speaker phone. His voice was clear, as was the music! All in all, it's a great product and I will update if anything changes! After a week of use, the plastic on these came to pieces. I was able to secure it with electrical tape, and upon complaint, I was sent a new pair. Unfortunately, those also broke. Again, I secured it with electrical tape and they work fine. The broken plastic does not impact their sound, comfort, or use of buttons--if you are able to secure it properly. So for the price, they work well and if you're willing to fix them, they'll last.

Fell apart immediately and only got worse from there
The moment I took these out of the package, the backing came off of the back of the main earbud. I was able to snap it back on very easily, so I figured it was a fluke. Over the course of the next few weeks, though, the backing not only fell off more and more easily, but it began to take buttons with it. Just a month later -- after VERY light use and VERY careful handling -- I don't have the back panel, the volume buttons, OR the power buttons -- all have fallen off and disappeared. Not only that, but the cord is beginning to rip out of the base of the other earbud. Definitely wouldn't buy these again -- or recommend them.I bought the SoundPal ST16 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones V4.1 Sport Stereo In-Ear Noise Cancelling Sweatproof Headset on the same day and have used them far more. They have held up beautifully, and were the exact same price as these earbuds. Would recommend purchasing them instead.

Buy this if you want headphones to stay on your ears securely. Don't buy it to listen to Mozart.
If I could post 3.5 stars, I would.I'm not going to lie, but these don't sound amazing by any means. The bass doesn't pop, nor is the treble clear. It's as if there's a audio "sheen" or "film" resting over it, making things murky. That being said, I can still hear my music, and that's fine. Additionally, I listen to a lot of podcasts, and it's not as if I need Mozart-level discerning levels in order to enjoy it.Audio wise, if your default apple ear buds are considered a "10", I'd put these headphones at a "6."So, why didn't I just put this at one star? For one reason and only one reason. They stay on your head during workouts, be it running, lifting, or calisthenics. Also, they worked well when I needed headphones for my bluetooth-enabled computer. The price point helps, but I feel there are better options out there (that are still wireless bluetooth), sound quality wise, at this price point.TLDR: Buy it if you want headphones to stay on your ears securely. Don't buy it to listen to Mozart.

Disappointed!
I thought I'd found the answer to finally cutting the cord for my daily bicycle commutes, but boy was I wrong! The product came promptly due to Amazon Prime and it was very easy to sync via Bluetooth to my iPhone 6. However, that's the end of the positives reference this product. Once paired up I opened Pandora up for some sounds during the commute and I received more than wanted (spotty music cutting in and out for 6.3 miles). I actually thought I had satellite reception from the 90s the way it was in and out. I was very disappointed and immediately repackaged the product up for an immediate return. I thought I was getting a steal of a deal based off the majority of the reviews, but all I did was waste excitement over finally cutting the cord and money to which I quickly reinvested into some Powerbeats 2 active. I hope I have better results with them, but if not guess I'll remain corded and just give up the wireless option.-JD

Uncomfortable, poor connection.
Sound:The sound quality was just OK. The ear pieces are not long enough to fit in my ear properly, so they kept falling out, making it sound like everything was being listened to through a speaker at the end of a hallway (reverb).Bluetooth Connection:The reciever in these are in the right earbud. If you are using these with a computer that you're sitting in front of, the connection is fine. If, however, you are like me planning on using these with your phone and you keep your phone in your left-hand pocket, the connection is constantly cutting out. Yes, you can set your phone on a counter and walk across the room and the connection will be fine, but the moment you put any kind of interferrance (like your body) in between the right earbut and the device you are streaming from it will cut out, A LOT.Overall:These headphones are very cheap feeling and looking. All of the seams where the plastic joins together are sharp. One of these seams is on the driver that is supposed to fit into your ear and it dug at my skin. I could only wear them for about 5 minutes before they were too painful to keep in. The pieces that wrap around your ear are not comfortable at all.I would up sending these back. They were too uncomfortable and the connection was too poor for them to be usable for what I needed them to do.
