ObviHello & Goodbye Energy, Mental Clarity (30 Servings)

Easy to swallow capsules and easy to distinguish nights from the days with due to beautiful yellow color morning and purple color night capsules. I'm a Obvi user of the PINK lemonade drink that I absolutely love and their Pink burn as well as the collagen so I had high hopes for this. Nope! Within a couple days I started waking up with a horrible headache. But because I suffer from migraines I didn't realize at first it was this product so I kept taking it for 5 days until someone else I'm the Obvi Community on Facebook mentioned the morning headache that would last all day and then others started chiming in as well. That's when it clicked for me as well. I wasn't alone! It was only a handful of people that can't tolerate this product for this very reason. Most absolutely love it for the energy level and how it helped them sleep better. I've seen how it has helped those after menopause stop using artificial hormones as well. It really is amazing. I'm not menopausal but I needed the pep in my step! Maybe it's because I suffer from migraines already. I'm not sure. So unless you suffer from migraines maybe you'd be okay. I didn't ask anyone else but I wish I had so we'd know if that was the missing link. If I do find out, I will come back and update my review with any info. For now I went back to my old reliable of Dr Christopher's Female Tonic that I've been using for a long time without any trouble and it's cheap, waaay cheaper than this. Dr Christopher also has one for menopausal women as well if this product is out of budget for you. (Like it was for me but I tried it anyway) Now I'm back to no ovulation pain and normal periods again. I won't be trying anything else. Like the saying goes "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" I've learned my lesson! Oh and it makes your urine super bright glowy yellow. I drink a lot of water and could never get it clear. Which was weird to me.

I am always skeptical and read reviews that turn me off, but this time I was like I need to try. Long story short lost my mom and needed help with focus and calm to sleep. This does not disappoint. I am telling everyone to try it. Some do complain of headaches but if you are drinking water I don't think it's as bad. I have woke with a headache took two advil and fine. But my energy and clarity and focus through the day is great. Almost feel myself again.

I have been using Hello Goodbye for over a month. I have noticed a change in my energy from the Hello and the Goodbye actually relaxes me so I rest better. Will continue taking.

So far I like it, seems to be helping with energy and clarity.

I feel like the Hello perks me up without jitters, I keep forgetting to take the Goodbye at night. I just put them in my bathroom to remind me to take them when I take off my makeup for the day, so hopefully that helps.

I take the HELLO in the morning. Some days it gets me going, others it drains me. Also, gives me a headache. GOODBYE makes me drowsy the next day.
