Received both train cases today. Product(s) are as described. They are durable and zippers appear high quality. I added a bottle of nail polish for size reference. I will be able to store lots of products neatly as this comes with more than enough sturdy soft foam-wrapped smooth wood dividers. These dividers are strong and bend just enough to firmly stay in each slot of your choice. I don’t understand the reason for any bad reviews. I give this case 5 stars for quality. I will use the large one to store my entire collection of foundations, blushes, eyeshadows and eyeliners, lip liners, lipsticks, mascaras and numerous eyebrow products. The small one will be used for carrying my must haves for overnight and weekend trips. This is perfect for my needs. Also can be used for crafts like watercolor or acrylic painting.

The media could not be loaded.  The bag is a lot more durable than its predecessor. I upgraded to fit more product, they did not fit with the old bag, I actually tore the zipper. New bag, everything in my old bag fits and a lot better with a little bit more room to add more product. Really good travel bag easy to clean with this marble resistant material. Strap is thicker with a broader shoulder pad. Zippers are longer and thicker to eliminate bending of zipper from closure.I will get the biggest bag to hold my remaining product for easier travel.I will update this review after a few months and then the moment it breaks. Last bag from this brand I said over a year, considering how much I used it I felt was great!

I am absolutely in love with this train case! It is able to fit so much and keeps you so organized with all the removable and customizable compartments. You can personalize it for whatever fits your needs. It is so hard to find a makeup case like this that has the straps on the side to be able to prop the case open without it flopping back. What’s even better about this case is that both the top and bottom compartment have the adjustable straps to keep the case open. I am a traveling makeup artist and these cases, 13.8 in one and the XL one fit everything I could need for my clients! They keep my makeup safe while traveling and make my job so much easier by keeping everything out in the open and organized!

In love with this makeup case! I am no makeup professional, but I do have a lot of makeup. Recently, I had two bags worth of makeup destroyed and needed to find a replacement. This was perfect! It has so much space and a lot of compartments. It held everything and even a tiny bit to spare. I even fit some extra stuff like a comb and some face masks. I recommend it if you want to organize your makeup. It also came with a strap so if you need to carry your makeup with you (for work or whatever), it is ready to go. It isn't beautiful, but it does the job and for the price is good quality.

Probably should have bought a larger one. The brush storage is nice but if you own a few of them it really gets to be a tight squeeze if you try to put any palettes in the zipper area behind them.You van adjust the size of the compartments but you'll probably run out of room quickly.Strip down to the essentials and it could be a good travel bag.

Love the item. I would've given it 5 stars but it really has a strong odor. Make sure you take it out of the plastic and open it up for a few days to air it out. It's a very strong odor so if you are super sensitive to that, have someone else open it. Keep it in a well ventilated area for a couple days. It's fine now. Can't wait to use it

I love that the dividers are not moveable and stuck to the bottom. My makeup tubes do not slip out underneath them or anything. Im only returning it because I need a taller one. Should have gotren a large or even extra large. The space is perfect and the different ways to carry is amazing! Love the patterns you can choose too.

Love this and use it every day! Sturdy, easy to customize and fits my makeup with great organization. I HATE digging and digging in one bag, and this completely solved that problem for me. I do wish it had more customization options/dividers included, but in my opinion that’s the only improvement I could think of on this product.
