After I tried about 10 different cushions and had NO RELIEF and my issue got worse...my boyfriend ordered this one. OMG. Amazing! So many options. I had an abcess and couldn't sit anywhere and this gave me options with the inside in or with the ice. Now I am recovering from a fistuotomy and I was not comfy with the center in, but OMG the inside out of it is truly the only thing that allows me to sit comfortably without wanting to cry. I even had to wash the cover this week as well and that was easy too. I followed the directions and it even without using the dryer... It took maybe an hour or two to dry and the pillow itself I just used a Lysol wipe for. Ordering another one now since I will be going back to work next week and realized that I should have one at home and one at school. Seriously... Worth every penny and more!!!

Everything I needed for pelvic relief especially post surgery. It’s amazing and makes car rides and sitting in any chair bearable again. Didn’t bother with the ice pack since I don’t need it, and I see that it’s not worth bothering with it from the comments I have read.

Good quality, nice and useful contours and cutouts, but a bit too firm for me. I can use a towel to make it a bit softer, but its just my preference. Ice pack is a good investment, thick and holds cold for a long time. bottom line it will help those sore parts or pressure points. just don't think you are getting a memory foam experience. Its lot firmer.

This is literally the only thing that helped my bruised tailbone. Worth every penny!!!! Just buy it.

Has worked for me. Had a sore already on the backside and this relieved the pressure.

The "cooling" gel bag inside broke, leaking over my chair, pants, and the seat cushion itself.Minus that, the seat is good build quality otherwise. However, the gel pack creates a raised portion in the crotch area of the seat cushion, which is a bit uncomfortable after a while.Returned this cushion, but will buy the non "cooling" cushion instead.

Love the cushion, ice pack did did nothing for me. I tried th ice pack before and after surgery. If this were a review for the cushion I'd give it 5 star, but since it's for both I had to knock my review down a few stars due to the ice pack being useless. The seat cushion itself is excellent and makes sitting for dialysis 3+ hours each treatment day a lot more bearable. After fighting what was supposed to be terminal cancer (NED 1/2013) for over 3 years and being on dialysis for just over 3 years now (12/2012). I am little more than skin and bones, at times it can feel like my tailbone is trying to cut through my skin and this cushion helps to make sitting for long periods of time more bearable.

I'll fight to keep it, lol.

This seat relieves coccyx pain immediately because no matter how you sit there is a space to take the pressure off the tailbone. If you have pain you can use the removable ice pack. You have an option to have or not, the insert that takes the place of the icepack, or just leave the seat without any insert (which I have to do) The seat does not slide at all off of an office chair even when you choose to slide down and relax a bit. At last I can find some much needed pain and pressure relief.

My husband had major surgery used this once, the cooling pad busted leaving a jelly oily substance all over. Nurse had to throw it out. I could not even return as nurse had to throw it out because it made such a mess. So dissapointing as it was expensive.
