Good quality item
Ordered two of these on PrimeFirst pair were missing the mounting rod/cover plate - AMAZON replaced without question, replacement and the other pair were fineGoo quality, well finished fittings - note the instructions were for US wiring colour systems, although the items were wired for UK!Easy to fit as long as you are not using a loop wiring system and have the loop and switch line going to the same light where the room behind the cover plate is very tight for 2.5mm twin and earth (its conical rather than cylindrical)You may need to use spacers to get the distance off the wall right as the bolts/bolt heads are fixed length, I did but I was using special wall plugs for our cavity membrane drain system which sit proud of the wall by 5mm or so.Note the mounting rod securing nut needs to be tightened very tight otherwise the bracket will move once on the wallFor the lamps I found it easiest to remove the nuts from the basket, place the lamps inside and replace the nuts leaving the lamp loose inside until the bracket was mounted, then offer up the basket, screw in the lamp and securethe basket to the lampholder with the large nut - do a dry run and its obvious!

Good appearance and value.
This product suffers from very bad design insofaras bulb replacement is ridiculously difficult and involves releasing nuts form top of cage as well as having to "spring" the cage to insert new bulb. Like the appearance but would not buy again.

Absolute rubbish!!!
Cheap and nasty. Look very nice in the pictures until they're installed on the wall!The bar that holds the bulbs is loose making it impossible to keep straight. Most decorative bulbs will fit if you're willing to spend all night fitting the shades.Don't bother!!

Fantastic look and quality
The look and the feel of the light is great... the only reason I didn't gove it 5 was it was really fiddly to insert a light bulb... everyone of them bolts need removing before a bulb can be installed...
