Mitsukan Seasoning Cooking Sweet Mirin, 12 oz, 2 Pack

This is not actually mirin, it is flavored corn syrup (the first ingredient listed on the bottle).

This is cheaply made with corn syrup instead of mainly rice wine and It is not returnable. I do wish I had read more closely the ingredients before purchasing.

Good. Good with anything seafood. Smooths out and softens fish flavors. Adds a touch of sophisticated sweetness to other foods too. Good flavor to experiment with.Seems reasonable quality. Appreciate the speedy shipping.

It’s a bit more expensive then what I can get at my local grocery store but it’s very good.
