I’m reviewing the NEW formula. The amazingness of the old formula is beside the point now.No, the new formula is not as good as the old formula. But once I got over the initial disappointment, I was able to admit that it’s still pretty darn good. I was reading some reviews on other sites and I was worried these were going to be terrible based on some people’s reviews. Yes the texture is not quite as smooth and wheat-like as the original but the original was like magic so I had high expectations.I use these for one thing and one thing only: lazy mans instant pot macaroni and cheese. I put this box in, add 3 cups of water and pressure cook for 4 minutes. Then I add cheese, pepper and a little milk. This brand is the only one I’ve tried that doesn’t because a disgusting stringy mess. I used to tell people the old formula was the best elbow noodles I’ve ever had, gluten free or regular. The new formula is still awesome and better than any other gluten free brand. But if you’re used to the old formula, prepare yourself for a bit of a disappointment and then remember what else is out there is usually crap.And I am happy that people that can’t eat soy can now experience this brand :)

My son has celiac so we have to be extremally carefully about what he eats. This pasta test good and holds up to all kinds of cooking including cold pasta salads.

After trying every gluten free pasta out there most of which have a unpleasant texture i was extremely pleased to discover this wonderful pasta .I find cooking time is a little longer then on box otherwise it can be a little chewy i test a noodle every minute after 8 minutes boiling to get it just right !

In trying many different gluten free pastas for a Celiac family member, we found this pasta the closest to "regular" pasta. The most important part with gluten-free foods is the consistency. My son said he cannot tell the difference between this pasta and regular wheat pasta. This pasta seemed to be recently reformulated but it still tastes the same...…..great!

I am in the process of going gf in doing so finding something that is appealing to me can be difficult but this pasta by far is the best, my husband did not even know it was gf till I told him. He and I were both socked. It not only has the taste of gluten pasta but the texture as well. I have had both the spaghetti and elbow mac and would recommend both. I have not bought it here so can not a test to the shipping just the productUpdate:Since I wrote this review I have bought it through Amazon and found it to be a much better deal. I have also made a number of meals with it and even used it in a dish to pass. No one could tell the difference, they all thought it was traditional pasta not gluten free. I just with Bionaturae would come out with a gluten free lasagna noodles so I could make that from scratch too.

I finally used it last night sept-10-2023 and made a macaroni salad Hawaiian style and I cooked it for 9 minutes in salted water and it came out perfect, the texture is a little different than standard dry pasta but it came out great

My future father-in-law is gluten-free, and I am trying to create recipes that he can eat with the whole family! I served this in a baked mac and cheese dish, and NO ONE (including the non-gluten-free family members) noticed the difference! I will not be a lifelong buyer of this product! My only minor critique would be the shape the boxes come in upon arrival, but that is not big deal, I just put the noodles in a glass jar :)
