Escape the Christmas Closet

... but awful chocolate. Seriously, I don't turn down chocolate, ever, but I threw away each chocolate as I opened the windows. Just bad. The calendar and game itself are FANTASTIC! A super fun way to play an escape type game with some truly unique clues to follow. 100% will buy again.

I wanted an advent calendar that wasn't just chocolate and would be interesting to open each day. This fits the bill perfectly. The clues are great, mostly requiring a little thought before you get the answer to where the next door is. A couple of times I have used the QR code on the back to go to the website and get clues - this in itself is brilliant because there are levels of clues so you aren't spoiling any other doors and the clues give really good prompts to what the answer might be. Yes okay, the chocolate could be nicer, it's not awful and to be honest I often don't notice it as I'm working out the clue for the next door while eating it, lol.I would totally recommend this as an advent calendar and also as perhaps an early Christmas gift for the person that's awkward to buy for. I look forward to getting a different one next year too!

My wife loves it the puzzles are not easy but nor should they be. Chocolate only ok bit pricey maybe?

Came very fast. Lols good. Havent opened yet because its a calendar, but looks as expected.

I bought this for my son who is 12 and he loved it. It’s definitely on the list for next year.

I bought this when it was pre release on the kickstarter and haven't been disappointed. I knew the puzzles were going to be challenging on some of them as they really do make you think in the way an escape room puzzle makes you think, but it is so much more satisfying when you get the chocolate treat!! It's been a really novel advent calendar and I would thoroughly recommend this or the other version (which my husband has) if you are looking for something different next Christmas.

Ordered this item in July, have obviously just taken it out a few days ago and noticed that it’s dated best before June 2022. Awful considering the price and the fact it was out of date when it was sold. Can’t even ask for a refund now as it was out of date when sent to me. The chocolates have all moved from the spaces and so far two days haven’t even had chocolates in. Awful

The concept for this calendar is great. I’ve enjoyed doing the puzzles every day. However, all of the chocolate is all over the place. They’ve put cardboard inbetween the doors but this isn’t enough and the chocolates are all mixed up. I could tell this was the case as soon as it had been delivered and I opened it, as I could feel them.Luckily the numbers are printed on the doors so I know that I’ve been getting the correct ones!
