Using this product as Hair oil, usually coconut oil will get solid for Bangalore temperature but this did not happen and why it is mentioned as external use?

This is the best coconut oil which is natural and can be used in many ways like cooking, hair massage, as a moisturizer. My daughter's skin is too dry, my wife is applying it on her skin and hair and result is good till now.
