I’ve tried just about everything. Spent significantly more on pre’s that don’t hold a candle to this. I love Duffins line up. Vasoblitz and fullblitz, but for half the price this does the job exceptionally well. I get the tingles, solid energy without a heavy crash and a high level of focus. Flavor is good too. (Pro tip; mix with warm to hot water, not cold. You can thank me later)My only complaint is that the watermelon (only flavor I’ve tried of this) seems to arrive just a little clumpy, rather than a straight powder. But it mixes well, so it’s hardly enough of a problem for me to knock it. Maybe if they used a different Desiccant that would prevent the issue. But again, not reason enough for me to turn away from it. That’s the only reason I marked 4 stars and not 5.I didn’t order in time, and had to use an RTD Totalwar from redcon. That was solid and got me through my workout, but I definitely prefer this over that any day of the week. Used to love Jyms Pre workout but formulation changed and it just isn’t worth the price any more.I’m an avid gym goer and use pre basically every day and this is the best, for your dollar, pre workout available in my opinion. I’ll continue to purchase until I have a reason not to.

This pre workout is the BEST on the market.There are no “filler” ingredients like a lot of companies use.There are no “proprietary blends” which you, the user, have no idea how much of each ingredient you are actually getting.Every ingredient in this has a purpose but MORE IMPORTANTLY, each ingredient is dosed at a CLINICAL DOSE...meaning they are the right amounts that have been studied to produce results! As an example:Many products on the market will say “Creatine” or “Beta Alanine” but they won’t be dosed at the right amounts to be effective. Too many people get fooled on this.NO PROPRIETY BLENDS....if you are taking any supplements that have proprietary blends, more times than not it’s just a way for the company to under-dose you while bragging about their products ’“ingredient makeup”.The flavor is great, the pump is great, and you don’t crash after taking this. So I was unsure about buying this preworkout because I saw some given away free for tik tok people for a review and assumed the reviews were just false for a free product. BUT I decided it’s not too expensive I’ll give it a shot. I really am so happy I did, I’ve been a lifter for about 5 years and lost the punch a preworkout packs a long time ago, I don’t feel it as much anymore no matter what I take. This preworkout, holy crap I felt the energy right when my workout started. I did a PR right off the bat, a weight I’ve never even attempted but I felt so good I tried and did it for reps. The energy kept up throughout a 3 hour workout, AND put me in a really good mood. No crash afterwards either and I was able to sleep at night despite taking it around 6pm. I really hope I don’t build a tolerance to this because I haven’t gotten such a good workout in a long time. This is an honest review and I definitely recommend it.

I have only used this pre a couple times. It seems pretty intense but tastes good. My only complaint is how incredibly clumpy the ingredients are. I had to actually squeeze the clumps together to break them up and even stab them with a fork. There is a desiccant in there but it isn’t doing much.

Tastes good, works pretty good, gives you more focus I felt, than actual go go go feeling, but once you get started working out, you can notice your able to do more reps.

High stim. Does the job. Not mixed well at all from factory. Can be very clumpy even though they have two of the moisture block card things in the container. Sometimes I get a bigger kick than other but since I’m not too sensitive to caffeine I can easily regulate it. If it was blended better I would would assume the kick would be more consistent and then I would give it at least 4.5 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  Last 3 purchases have been rock hard, this is the last chance after talking to customer service last two timesUpdate: I reached out to BFF directly, this storefront is selling bad product and appears to be trying to make buyers think it's the build fast formula store. It's not, after reaching out directly they took care of me and I received product directly from them, everything was nice fine powder like expected. BFF pre workout is great, just make sure you buy direct not from this awful storefront.

I was expecting good pumps and good flavor and I didn’t get either of those. This product does, however, make me feel focused and gives me enough energy to get through my workouts - even for heavy lifts. The flavor is nonexistent for me and my batch was clumpy because of the lack of moisture packs. I think there was one at the bottom but it didn’t do much for the top of my batch.
