We ordered one of these sand sifters for use in our garden area. When we received it. it had 2 large cracks in the wood sides. It also came with a card stating that if we had any issues to please contact them immediately. I sent them and email with pictures showing the cracks in the wood. They responded immediately with an apology and quickly sent a new unit and didn't ask for the old unit back. Customer service like that is rare today. Thank you.

I knew what size this was, when I ordered it, so I'm not complaining. But a slightly larger sister would have been better for my purposes.

This sifter is perfect! It’s a great size. I scoop the compost out of the bin, we shake it, then smush the dirt balls through the grate. I love that it’s made of real wood; it’s made well and will last for years.

The Kabell Company was wonderful. The first screen had a defect. They sent me a second one without any additional charges or hassle. I am so happy I bought their well crafted garden sifter.

Compost sifters are surprisingly difficult to find. I finally went with this one based on the all-wood construction and positive reviews. I've had it about a month and am happy with it so far. The wire is small enough to catch small branches but big enough to let most of the compost through. The construction is solid. I like that it's all wood. I had a tiny bit of splitting in the wood on one side, but no biggie. Overall, this is exactly what I wanted.

I chose this compost sifter due to the excellent reviews. I am not disappointed, as the unity is sturdy, well-made, and works well. I thought it was kinda pricey, however, it will help save me money in the long run as I can now make my own potting soil from compost. I believe it will last many years.

It is sturdy. It kicks out sand from my invasive beach things. The screen helps knock off the sand quickly. I have not used to find treasures, but I will..

Havnt been able to test it out as it’s winter lol. But seems great as far as quality is concerned. Should work perfectly. I just feel the $50+ Is a bit much. But still 5 star.
