Health Express Puffy Pop Cakes- 3 Pk. Wheat- Low Carb Low Calorie

At first I was disappointed that there were only 10 per bag instead of 12 from another brand, it now I am very happy. They are a little thinker and only 4 calories more per round. They do not break easily like my former brand so now, I have a new favorite product. Having two more rounds do not help wher 3-4 of them crack apart. I wish they come in packs of 6 so there is less shipping materials.

These met all my expectations and more. I usually buy Coco lite cakes. I think I like the flavor of these is better. At only 20 cals per cake, you can’t go wrong. I put turkey on them for lunch and sugar free jam and fruit on them for a sweet treat.

Too expensive!!

Very pleased with this product. Not only is it a great alternative to bread and crackers, the company took great care in the packaging. I bought a similar product from another company, and it arrived in tiny broken pieces. BUT my Health Express order arrived packed with care, and EVERY Pop Cake was whole, not even a crack! I will order these treats from you again. Thanks for caring for your customers!

I am extremely hypoglycemic. Just about everything I eat raises my blood sugar then makes me have horrid crashes. Health Express Puffy Pop Cakes do not mess with my glycemic index whatsoever!I love 💕 that I can use one to make an open face sandwich or a tostada and now I feel like J am eating close to the same meals as my family.

small amount of flavor but it keeps my jaw busy and that was what counts lost 10 pounds snacking on these . it is hard to lose weight when you have not will power and your hand and mouth need to be busy.I would recommend these to others

they're good for adding toppings but not by themselves
