Beautiful fountain,, pleasant sound. Had a few leaks, but customer (Alpine) was outstanding and replaced it. The new one works perfect . Love this fountain

This water feature looks considerably more expensive than it is! It was very well packaged and arrived without any damage. It's easy to attach the pump, fill with water and then just turn it on. It has an LED light in the top which isn't very obvious in the daytime, but looks very nice at night. There is no noticeable splashing, and I am topping up the amount of water about every 3 days simply due to evaporation. The fountain makes a nice focal point placed beside our patio dining area. I would highly recommend this product.

Love the look. Water sound not loud but perfectly soft. Only issue— the pump has a silver thing that must be some kind of grounding device. As long as you have your finger on it the pump works great. Take your finger off and the pump quits. So I put a small piece of hot dog on it and secured with a rubber band. Works great!!! Didn’t want the hassle of sending it back if I could rig it!!!

The media could not be loaded. This fountain is more attractive and appealing than shown online. The finish to the piece is well made and the colors bounce. The LED light is exceedingly bright, more so with other fountains I’ve purchased. And the ripple effect as the water dances around is soothing. And no spill-over of water so it could be placed indoors.

Leaks. I really Wanted to like this fountain but ever since I got It leaks. I’ve tried everything to make it work but nothing seems to help. Just flows out the side. Water all over the porch. Not sure what to do with it now.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful fountain! Perfect size. Love the water sound. Very peaceful. The opening to install the tubing and cord could be slightly bigger but I was able to get it hooked up. Very happy with purchase!

Pros: nice color, great size for the price, nicely packed for shipping, easy to set up. The lights are a fun touch. It's pleasant to listen to and not loud.So-so: it was slightly tricky to get the pump standing properly in the right spot, and it's not the easiest to adjust the flow level. There's no option (that I can see, at least) to not use the light. The cord wasn't long enough to reach the outlet on my small patio. There is no off-on switch, you just have to unplug it. If you're not running it all the time it does get dusty on top.Negative: the little piece that covers up the tank stopped sliding in properly after a few times. I dropped it from about 3' off the ground onto my patio rug one time, and it chipped pretty bad. The crack where the water flows back down into the tank isn't easy to clean out without getting debris in the tank, but spiders are constantly making webs in there. The water evaporates pretty quickly and needs to be refilled more than I expected even though I haven't used it that much. The most disappointing part is discovering this crack only a month after purchase. The fountain is in a corner of my patio where it's protected from weather, not in a walkway, and wouldn't be touched by anyone else or bumped by furniture, so I honestly have no idea what could have caused it- my only guess is maybe it already had a hairline crack when I got it and it's gotten worse with use over the last couple weeks.Overall, disappointing and wouldn't recommend it. I'd rate it lower but I knew I was taking a chance given the low price so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is such a nice bubbling fountain that graces my front entryway. It’s such a lovely color. It’s very sturdy and gets so many compliments. It is so relaxing to sit and listen to the softly bubbling water. Great value, so easy to unbox and set up.
