The Non-recording Camara
UPDATE: Happy to report they did send me a new camera and it is installed and working. Thank you so much. I'm glad they stood behind their product and replaced the camera that tore up.One camara quit recording. It does the live review but won't record. I did everything they told me to do. The other 3 camars are fine It's just this one camera. Now they have quit talking to me. I need a replacement for this one camera..Update... They finally got back with me. It was their 2 week Chinese New Year Holiday, which they take off for. Then their network system went down. They are sending me a replacement for the one camera that quit recording. As of now I am happy.

Tech support is great.
This system would not allow video playback, live video was fine. After a seemingly never-ending string of email correspondence with tech support, sometimes two or three times a day for over a week, try this, try that, do this, do that, etc. The system now works as designed. The picture is crisp and clear, the sound works sufficiently and the night vision is good. It was frustrating, but patience as it is said, is a virtue. The major selling point for me... the solar charged cameras. Logistically, camera placement and electricity was not an option. This system takes care of that. I would have given a 5 star review had it not been for all of the time spent on getting the system to playback video.

Good product intill After a power outage the camera's no longer work and they kept saying out of range now they are permintly offlinewith no way to fix it had to replace them and no way to return them because thier is no return address or phone number to call for you guys

Changed my mind not worth it for me
9/11/2021An update to my last edit an appreciative customer...4 months later and I am having the same issues I had previously with these cameras. The cameras have stopped working AGAIN, I've conducted all troubleshooting steps as before and again nothing. I am over it and I am searching for new cameras. $402 down the drain... lesson learned do your research.5/25/2021 This is an ipdate to my earlier review... I initially rated the camera system a 1 star due to the complexity of the setup. Initially setting up the cameras they work smoothly and within a week they stated out of range. I ve done everything the manual stated and still could not get them to work. In my frustration I wrote the review in an uneasy spirit. The company reached out to me via email with instructions on how to troubleshoot the system. The system is working properly. Word to the wise do not place your NVR near the router or metal. I purchased a 50 ft cat 8 cord and place on the other side of my media room. And the system now works. So in my rewrite I am giving them 4 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟s would have been 5 🌟but if the the cord supplied should be longer to accommodate the distance from the NVR to the router. Alrolink thank you for reaching out to me. I am much appreciative for your support.

I'm having issues and unable to reach any type of support for this system
I have a camera that was connected now won't connect. totally stopped recording on my camera's, I've reformatted and still zero recording. I've restarted. Uninstalled app to reinstall and it won't take my user name or password says its incorrect when I know it is correct. If someone can get me the CORRECT support people would be awesome. Otherwise I'd just assume get my money back and get a different system because this one isn't doing what it did when I first got it and not what I got it for.

The cameras do not seem to last and cannot find replacement batteries
A camera system ordered June 9, 2021... have had just over 1 year and 3 of the 4 cameras are now not working. Had to re-pair them a few times and for 2 of the cameras the pairing worked for a short time but the most recent re-pairing ended with 'paired failed'. Attempted to purchase replacement rechargeable batteries Mode No MAB18650-2P and... low and behold.. cannot find this particular battery either. It is a bit disappointing that after just 1 year and the cost of the system that the cameras are useless :-(

Awesome customer service
I had the system for less than a year when on camera got dropped and no longer worked. I contacted the company to find out where I could purchase a replacement and they sent me a free one. They didn’t ask any questions and were fast to respond. The cameras work great and I’m very happy with the system.

Still waiting for my return and refund to show up
The night vision was not working it fuzzed out as if my objects never existed at night. The system kept freezing and saying to restart application AI smarthome. Gave it almost 2 weeks but it just was not working for me no matter what I tried. Sent it back on 4th of August but still nothing about refund on August 15th.
