Costco really messed up dropping this jerky. What they replaced it with is terrible. Fortunately we can buy here.

Shoe leather.
Sorry to say, but most of the pieces were as hard as leather. There were a few tender pieces, but not many. I have bought this brand several years ago and the quality was much better then.
