We are re-doing an older home and I totally love chandeliers and had to have this instead of a regular fan! Customer service is also fantastic if you run into any problems...

I really like this Fan I had one prior to this one that lasted for 3 years on this one I got the for year warranty but is a beautiful fan and worth the price

The media could not be loaded.  This fandalier is absolutely beautiful. I have it in my master bedroom. I love how the light cascades throughout the room like a rain fall with little rainbows. I hope the pictures and videos do it justice. The fan is quiet (what is heard in the video is my A/C system), and provides a great downward breeze, which I like.This does require an electrician to install, plus it is a two person effort, mainly to protect the crystals.I would like to share some lessons learned for the installation:I needed a larger fan rated outlet box (available at the hardware store) to accommodate the larger mounting bracket. This resulted in a larger hole being made into the ceiling. This was discovered after the prior fixture was removed.In the directions, it states the wall switch is to be an on/off switch vs. a dimmable. I did have to have my switches replaced. The fan is operated by the remote controller. The remote controller does come with an A23 battery, but I suggest buying a new one from the local hardware store.Other suggestions, preinstall the oval crystals that go on the sides before installing the main cage (lampshade) on the main body. Also, we did find it easier to install the main cage after the led board, but before hanging it. Others may not have this difficulty.The shipment included 63 crystal balls. Only 61 are required with 2 spares. Of the 63 balls, 60 are packaged in boxes, the other 3 were packed in the corners of the Styrofoam that housed the main cage (I had trouble finding these). There is a video in the Q&A section that shows how to install them. I found pre-wiring the crystal balls and pre-bending the wires and then hanging them like Christmas ornaments made it go a lot faster.One last thing, the original remote receiver needed to be replaced. The seller sent one right away and kept in touch to ensure I was happy.Again, this is a very beautiful fandalier. It was well worth the effort. I am happy with my purchase and the support received from the seller.

This is a very nice fandalier. We finally put it up. It is quiet and sturdy, but.....it was a painstaking job to put all the crystals in it. Anyone with arthritis will need some help. If you put the crystals in first, it is very heavy and definitely needs two people to install it to the base. Depending on how high you place it, putting the crystals in last is quite a challenge to see the wholes for the pins to fit into. You will need to put the pins through he hole in the crystal and then through a hole in the base. If you are someone that likes very tedious and meticulous work, you will love it. Wear sunglasses when you turn the lights on because it is blinding even on the low setting. I think they used to many led strips. I would have preferred bulbs that I can change out but that's my fault on this choice. I love the concept of retractable blades. The fan is quiet which we need since it's over our bed. All in all, I love it. It's very blingy and not cheap looking. Apart from the work it takes getting it up, it's a keeper. There are three extra round Crystals hidden very well on the bottom support box...so look carefully. I almost threw them out.

Pictures do not do this light/fan justice. I was concerned the background of the surrounding rim would be etched or tinted glass. There is a tiny bit of taupe background glass, but the rim is mostly large, shiny crystals. Everything about this light is opulent. I had it professionally installed to replace another crystal light that hung down too low, threatening the very tall people in my family. Since I'm shorter it never bothered me, but I'm so very glad I moved that one to the dining room with taller ceilings and replaced it with this gem. The gold colored metal goes great with the picture frames in my living room and it stands out even in the large room, 20'x25'. The crystals shine in regular daylight, when turned on the light adds the perfect ambiance. There are enough light and fan settings to keep you happy via the remote but I usually just use the switches on the wall. I can't tell you how gorgeous this light is in words and pictures don't capture its true beauty. If it's close to the style you're attracted to just buy it and be amazed at how clever you are to make great purchases and have such great taste.

First, I love the duality. I wanted a chandelier for the dining room, but didn’t want to give up the fan. This was a perfect solution. Installed on a sloped ceiling without a problem. The biggest issue was figuring out how to hang the crystals: line up the holes on the crystals with the holes on the hoops, push the little nail-looking pins through the holes and then bend them up and over (I attached photos). Some crystals were chipped (seller sending replacements) and one spot is missing paint, but nothing I can’t cover up myself and not noticeable once it’s up. The remote is handy and glad to report we can also operate it from the wall switch (mess with it a bit until you figure out what each switch is for). Lastly, the fan works great and it’s very quiet. Overall, very happy with this unique fandelier!
