Very nice, however a little hard to control, would be nice to be able to actually talk to someone about it.

The chat experience was literally horrible with sometimes 2 to 3 minutes between comments
This review is for the Propel Atom Micro Drone and Propel Customer support. This drone lasted me about 8 flights or less and was never seriously crashed. It was working normally when I decided to replace a blade that was slightly bent. I could have left it but it came with extra blades so I just thought I would replace it with a new one. I pulled the right front blade put on a new one and from that moment on that right front motor has not worked properly. I am a skilled individual and certain that I did not conduct any prop swap in a manner that should or would damage the unit but since then it's nothing more than a paperweight. Now here is the thing, these are inexpensive (around $26 at the time of this review) and its reasonable to assume that they wont last forever but this was a working unit before a blade swap and non working after but really what inspired me to post a review was the customer service at Propel. I had very little expectations when I chose to chat with an agent at Propel. I assumed they would not do anything, but it doesn't hurt to ask. The chat experience was literally horrible with sometimes 2 to 3 minutes between comments. I was asked questions repetitively as if the individual had not read any of my prior comments. we probably exchanged 20 comments and it literally took an hour. In the end they offered to let me send it to them at my expense($5 or $6) and they would repair it at my expense which she said would be about $20, so roughly the cost of a new one.Well I am getting a replacement but not from Propel. I'm going to spend a few more bucks on something a little more durable and with more attentive customer support. Seriously, it was 5 times worse than dealing with the cable company.
