As I am in the throws of doing a HE Cert n Psychology and about to start my degree I needed something that can break Abnormal Psychology down. This is the book. It is perfect for writing essays as it gives tonnes of references throughout. It is straight forward to understand without losing good detail. It puts mental health into up to date events and I don't think I could have done without it. Great for people starting out and also relevant for people looking to get into detail about mental health. Great!!!
