The oil is a bit drier than some others I’ve tried, there’s less slip so if you were looking for a texture that glides easier this isn’t for you. It also doesn’t emulsify and wash off completely with water like other oil cleansers, you will have to use a water-based cleaner alongside this (which is why they put the two together as a set).Despite all that this product hasn’t broken me out or irritated my skin and does what I expect an oil cleanser to do so I’ll be finishing the product!

I use this with a microfiber face cloth and it easily removes mascara without pulling. The face cloth means the face is not left with any residue. An added bonus is that it conditions your eyelashes at the same time! Doesn't irritate my combination skin. Lasts for ages.

It feels lovely on your skin and did make a difference to my spots, which have been caused by having to wear a mask at work. It does sting a bit of it gets in your eyes so you have to be careful . Over all though this is a lovely product

I'm using this with the blue gel cleanser and it's great! I'm noticing results in my skin really fast, it's more hydrated and smooth, plus my blemishes stand out less with my skin getting healthier!I love them both, vegan, affordable and effective!

This is the perfect double cleanser for the first step of your skincare routine, I have a mixed skin type and was scared to try an oil based cleanser but this is amazing! Its great at removing make up too, definitely recommend

I've not used anything from this brand prior to receiving this product (I have since received the cleansing gel). First impressions when I received this oil was that the packaging is really cool & definitely stands out. If I was to see this in a shop I would be drawn to it. The packaging is fully recyclable & the product itself is vegan & cruelty free which is something I always look for when purchasing skincare or makeup.The oil is dispensed from a pump, one pump for me is sufficient for cleansing my skin, but obviously depending on the amount of makeup you may need a little extra. It smells glorious!! I am really loving the scent, it's so clean & fresh. I rub the oil into my hands and then massage onto a dry face. The oil works at breaking down your makeup, even on heavy mascara/eyeliner it melts it away. I use a hot cloth then to remove it all from my face. The oil is easily removed and for me it doesn't leave a greasy or heavy feeling on my skin. I don't always double cleanse but when I do I've been using the Blue Gel Cleanser from the same brand and this is lovely too to get rid of any residual oil that may be left behind. Oil cleansing is my favourite way to clean off makeup, it feels very luxurious on the skin. I am really impressed with this brand and would absolutely recommend.

I've been having an issue with my nose recently, it's all red, dry and cracked like I have a cold and have been blowing it all the time but I haven't. It's been particularly driving me nuts when I wash my face in the shower with my usual cleanser as it feels so dry, itchy and tight that I just can't wait to get out of the shower to put some soothing cream on it. Not so with this oil cleanser, my nose felt more comfortable than it's done all week and I was in no hurry to get out of the shower. I initially thought that I could get away without any moisturiser with this cleanser as my face felt so soft and oiled up but it had all absorbed into my skin by the time I was ready to apply my day cream. That was nice as sometimes my skin feels so dry after getting out of the shower I can't wait to get my day cream on but with this cleanser I felt more at ease as my skin didn't feel tight. I think it is supposed to be used as a night time cleanser for removing makeup rather than a morning shower face cleanser but this works well for me so I'm going to carry on this way at least until my nose it better. It smells interesting, it sounds insulting but I don't mean it that way, it smells like a posh insect repellent, a bit lemony and a bit like citronella but it's not as strong. My husband's auntie told me that Avon's skin so soft was a good insect repellent and it does smell a bit like that. I'm not sure which of the 4 oils gives it that aroma, it would be interesting to know. All in all, I'm very happy with this, soothing, gentle and cleansing, a bit pricey but I think you get what you pay for.

Perfect cleanser, especially for winter skin! I haven’t tried an oil cleanser before but have wanted to for a while as I have sensitive skin, especially in winter. This is so good: I use three pumps all over my face and neck, putting it onto dry skin initially and then adding water. It removes everything easily without being too harsh, including make up and SPF (though I haven’t tried on waterproof make up!) and leaves skin feeling clean but not dry and tight; it’s left nicely soft actually. I’ve used morning and night since it arrived, using as my second cleanser on a night (or sometimes as both first and second cleanse) so that the effects aren’t washed off. I’m not sure how long it will last and it’s not the cheapest cleanser but I think the price is reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely recommend.
