I ordered a 4xbig and it fits well, I just wish it was a bit tighter around the forearm area.

After reading the reviews, I sized up 2 sizes. Could have probably only sized up one size, but I don't mind them fitting a bit looser. I use them for sun protection for my arms under a t-shirt while riding my motorcycle. They do a nice job of wicking moisture and keeping me cool.

It is slightly thicker than a Starter brand I got years ago. They both wicks about the same. They are comfortable and after working 8 hours in the summer heat they do great. I know I stink after this but it was mainly because of my cotton work shirt or boxer. These are not holding the stench. I like that it was thicker since most of the other band had ripped after tree branches grabbed and ripped them. It also seems to catch tree branches less. Anyways I am a tree worker. I throw branches down from trees and carry piles to the chipper. That is the two spot where I ripe holes in my other compression armor. They do great on sun light/UV because I am noticing my hand becoming tanned because I forget to wear gloves at times. The chest is a bit too big but the arms are good.
