PLEASE see instructions on how to turn it on. I included a picture of instructions, and video of how to do make it work. Those instructions were NOT included in our first animal. Original batteries in the video.Review of first toy: Does not make sound. Uses rediculous battery sizes that are not easy to find at the store so I have to order them online. But even if I get new batteries, will it work?Update of replacement: Got a replacement today. Still doesn't work. Replaced with weird crazy weird sized batteries, still doesn't work. Took out our batteries getting ready for return when we see instructions. See top update. 3 stars because this was too much hassle when all they had to do was include instructions the first time.

Product did not work. When the little girl opened the gift she was so happy and then nothing...it didn't even work. So embarrassing.

These are ADORABLE!!! I’ve ordered at least 10 of these and they work fine. You just to be patient and read the instructions. You lightly press the heart for 5 slow seconds and you’ll hear a cute noise. Then the kissing can begin!!Everyone loves these!!!

This is a soft little toy that I got my daughter as a ‘just because’ gift because it was so cheap. She thought it was adorable. The kisses worked great but that’s where I wish there was some improvement. The kisses are very sensitive. If you plop it on the couch and it’s mouth is barely touching the couch or the end of a blanket or pillow, it’ll start it’s long mmmmmmmmmmm before you pull it off and it finishes it’s muah. I wish there was an on and off button or that the sensitivity wasn’t so high. That being said, it was still a cute gift and she still loved it

I was so excited to give this to my granddaughter till she got it and it did nothing. No sound no kissing noise. It's adorable but really kinda useless. Since we couldn't get it to work I can't say anything about the sound. It is very soft and very cute but that's all we could see. Sent mine back

This was the perfect gift idea for my 1yo granddaughter..got it and tested it before I wrapped it and thankgoodness I did as it didn't work. I changed batteries to make sure and no go sooo I requested a replacement and that one didn't work either. Just sent them both back and found something else.

Super cute and niece loved it besides that it’s broken and the speaker box doesn’t work when you push on her lips. I’ve submitted a return exchange so we’ll see if the new one works when it comes in and I’ll update review.

Very cute very soft was supposed kiss or something I pull the little tab out of battery pack changed batteries still didn’t work. It’s a shame because it is very soft and cute.
