Personal hygiene comfort and health.
I wanted to avoid the dyes and perfumes that other incontinence products offer. I was excited when I heard about Organyc pads and decided to try them. I feel much more comfortable and less irritated. I am having to use less personal moisturizer during the day. I also find the fact that it doesn't have a feel dry liner over the pad to be a benefit. It makes me aware of needing to change the pad and keeps me cleaner and the bacteria from forming.

Gets soggy
The issue with this product is that it gets soggy kind of fast. There is no wicking away of moisture like the regular liners you get in the store. If you don't mind changing the liner a few times a day, it's fine.

For very light bladder leakage--doesn't absorb quickly
When I ordered these, I had no idea how much leakage these pads could absorb. I wear bladder leakage pads almost all the time, and thought I would try these. Turns out they are for very light leakage.I put 1 T. of liquid on one of these pads and noticed two things immediately: 1. it didn't absorb quickly--initially the liquid pooled on the surface before being absorbed. I added another tablespoon and it was unable to absorb that additional amount. So I won't wear these except for occasional drippage--not at all suitable if you are possibly are going to have a stream of urine.

These are great if all you need is light protection.
These pads are very thin. They are not at all noticeable, even just through your underwear. They do not hold much, though. The description says "light protection", and they aren't kidding. They are great for drips and dribbles, but will not protect you if laughing or sneezing is a problem. They are 7.5 inches long by 3 inches at the widest, 2.5 wide at the center, and only about 1/16 inch thick. The stickum on the back is strong enough to keep them firmly in place. There is a 3/8" rim around the edge where they are not sticky, so you don't have to worry about hair getting caught. The fact that they are organic means there aren't any strange chemicals or pesticides against your skin. It's nice not worrying about what's in them. These are great if all you need is light protection.

Comfortable for light protection
I got these for my special needs daughter that sometimes needs light extra protection. This is definitely for just light protection. I noticed that it does not absorb a lot, but thankfully this worked out perfect for her needs. I like that it is soft and it holds well in the underwear. The best part and reason we tried was because they are organic and free of dyes.

Too short, not wide enough, not absorbent enough
These panty liners are too short for bladder leaks, not wider enough, too thin, and not very absorbent. They might work fine as in-between period pantyliners, but they are not sold as such. Bladder leaks are a different kind of thing. The length of the padded part is 7," and the width is 2".On the positive side, it is made from cotton and does not use chemicals.Ali Julia review
