Quiet machine
I love this machine because you can play around with the temperature,spin speeds,which reduces the timing and it's quiet. The only downside is the smaller drum size for bigger items. But apart from that it performs well and is value for money

Good value for money
Our Zannusi was washing poorly for a while and finally self destructed when the drum detached after 5 years. The equivalent model replaced was half as much again as this so we went for Hotpoint,.. Result!Two months in and washes are much nicer and spin speed is better so drying is quicker too.

Good machine with large capacity. Delivered as promised within 2 days. Delivery guys brought it in and placed exactly where I needed it and took all rubbish and my old machine quickly and efficiently.

Hotpoint BI WMHG 91484
Purchased Hotpoint BI WMHG 91484 but there are many models with the 91484 number, they are all the same just slight different logo or trim. Just find the one on offer at time as there is no point paying for the "brand" of the moment. Very quiet washing machine with lots of program options.Simple to install yourself....just make sure you undo the 4 shipping bolts and the 4 plastic plugs that the bolts went in to.Stick the over flow waste hose in to your existing water waste pipe, plug it and and your ready to go. No need to pay £100 installation.

Hotpoint 7kg 1400rpm integrated W/Machine BI WMHG71483UK
The machine was installed using the Amazon unpack, install, deinstall and haul away service. No problem, apart from the integrated door refit, this could not be done as the fitter is not permitted to do this. We will now have to commission a carpenter to fit the integrated door as the hinges on the new m/c do not match the positions on the door. Additionally when I read the fitting instructions for the door it appears that the template for drilling the required holes is included with the packaging, which had been removed by the Amazon fitter. Hotpoint are in the process of sending me a replacement drilling template, it would appear this is a common occurrence. Do your fitters know about the packaging containing further fitting information.The machine seems to be working fine, but we are less than pleased about the fitting not being completely finished, after all that’s why we paid for the service.Thank youAlan Palmer
