Keto police will say this is not keto but let me say something this is keto anything can be keto as long as it is low carb and fits your macros. Some people need a little flexibility in order to be able to stick to keto and if it means consuming some things that aren't 100000% keto then so be it. It's been scientifically proven that as long as you are low carb and stick within your macros you can still loose weight regardless of being in ketosis or not. With that out the way, the flavour is pretty good I mean if you are keto and haven't had sugar or chocolate for a while it will taste pretty sweet. It also holds up in baking as we all know keto baking can be expensive.Price wise is pretty good try it if you are curious.

Says Keto friendly, is it? Well if you go by actual studies you will see that the sweetener is Keto friendly (in moderation) as the serving suggestion is 20.8g, therefore within net carbs as 7g carbs minus 6g polyols.Does 6g Maltitol cause you to go out of Ketostasis? not on its own it wont and according to the studies that amount of Maltitol elevates your glucose levels by 1-2 percent. I have seen someone reference a study that a man and woman took 55g of Maltitol and caused a rise similar to sugar but come on, that would be like eating a bar and half of this stuff. Does it taste nice? yes, stops the cravings for chocolate and barely any sugar, like .1g per serving. Would I buy again? hell yes.

After getting tested for pre diabetic cut down my sugar so this chocolate came handy very tasty and no sugar.

Lovely - Eaten too quick

This chocolate has a lovely texture and flavour. As long as you only have a couple squares it works for keto diet. Lost 6 pounds first week and 4 the second week and had 2 squares every night. I have ordered many times and it always arrives early.
