No Longer working after two years.
I paid roughly 760.00 bucks for this unit about 2 years ago, now it will no longer accept a charge, I've only used to to charge my 3 cellphones that's it, So I have no idea yet if my warranty is expired or where I can get it repaired. Anybody got any ides?

Didn’t like that the solar panel arrived with out the battery. I have it in my home for safety.

I can't wait to use it
I did try it out on my Internet and WiFi at the same time it lasted over 6 hours so that was great but it didn't work with my smart TV. My son used camping and said the electric blanket didn't last long either before it used up all the battery but he didn't hook the solar either that hasn't been used.

easy to use
This is a relatively easy rechargeable battery pack. I have not used the solar panels yet, just recharged using my car and the car charging cable. But I will be trying the solar panels soon. Very user friendly, I recommend getting the booster battery for $250 that snaps onto the bottom to double the power supply.

After 2 years and 9 months it’s broke
For first two years it was occasionally used. When we used it more it wouldn’t charge up all the way. Customer service said we could send it to them and pay shipping and repairs. It no longer even turns on. The customer service offered 10% off on new upgraded unit. We paid good money for a piece of junk that lasted 9 months after warranty. Live and learn.

Arrived in 2 shipments. All features included performed well. All charging modes fine.

Not as advertised
Fully charged and fan drew it dead in 5 hours. Would return but box gone. It is not what I needed for storm outage for light and/or fan as I live in FL. I went by reviews, but I don't know if they are verified purchasers or not. Don't know how others got any usefulness from this set up. Hoping power isn't out for more than 5 hours.

Good customer service
My Evo Flow River developed a change problem after about a year. Their support staff. Replaced the unit and even gave me a credit for my trouble. I really like the product and now I like the company. Thank you
