Too small! Don’t purchase this hat. This hat is thin, and made with very poor quality. The description say it is for men and women but I think it is clearly made for toddlers. Don’t buy unless you have the head size of a 1yr old child.

It's a clown hat.. the material is horrible. I'll hang it on my wall.
